Andrew Wilson – High Performance Director
The role of the CEC High Performance Director is to manage and execute the CEC’s High Performance Programs, including, but not limited to, the National Team Program and the Youth National Team Program. The HPD manages relationship with Own the Podium and the Canadian Olympic Committee.

Sebastian Powell – Series Coordinator
The role of the CEC Competition Series Coordinator is to manage the CEC series events and provide support to the key stakeholders, including but not limited to: High Performance Director (HPD), Executive Director (ED), hosting facilities, Competition Committee, Technical Delegate (TD) and Jury President (JP).
Key responsibilities: Series budget / Hosting facilities / CEC officials / Competition Committee / Series sponsors / Series coordination (registration, running orders, schedule)
