CEC is asking you to support your national sport organization. As you know, CEC may not be able to safely hold events this season. Competitive Athlete Licenses are an important source of revenue that helps CEC operate and support the climbing community. Without them, CEC will struggle financially.
We have big projects for the upcoming months: we will be creating our Athlete Development Matrix; our National Coaching Certification Program; a Route Judge e-Learning Module; and several other projects. Despite a precarious financial situation, CEC will be investing considerable resources into developing and improving the competitive climbing environment this season.
To do all this, and more, we need the support of our community. Today, we are launching the 2020-2021 Supporter License Campaign. Purchasing a Supporter license (online membership) is equal to a donation to CEC. Your support of CEC will go a long way to ensure that we can continue working for the climbing community and its industry.
