The CEC Diversity & Inclusion Committee wants to know: Who are the Canadian climbers? What motivates them? What barriers to participation do they face?
In partnership with the University of Waterloo and the SIRC Matching-Grant, CEC is launching a National Demographic Survey to better understand who climbs in Canada. This survey will provide us with valuable insights into our community and the challenges impacting Canadian climbers. The Diversity & Inclusion Committee will use the survey results to determine projects and areas of improvement for 2021 and beyond.
