Climbing Escalade Canada Confirms 2026 North American Cup Series Events in Québec and Alberta

Mar 10, 2026

Climbing Escalade Canada (CEC) is pleased to confirm the dates and venues for the 2026 North American Cup Series (NACS) events taking place in Canada. The series will feature two competitions: Boulder in Québec City and Lead & Speed in Edmonton, bringing top North American athletes together for high-level international competition.

The 2026 NACS – Boulder event will take place May 2–3, 2026 at Délire Escalade Ste-Foy in Québec City, Québec. While CEC has previously organized national events at Délire, this will mark the gym’s first time hosting a North American Cup Series competition. The Délire team is eager to welcome athletes from across the continent and is committed to providing an exceptional competitive environment.

Later in the season, the 2026 NACS – Lead & Speed competition will take place June 26–28, 2026 in Edmonton, Alberta, hosted in partnership with Offbeat Entertainment, on the breathtaking Climb YEG structure. Edmonton will serve as a second-year host for the series following a successful 2025 event. Building on the strong foundation of last year’s competition, organizers are looking forward to delivering an even stronger event experience for athletes, coaches, and spectators.

The North American Cup Series is an important component of the continental competition pathway, bringing together athletes from across Canada, the United States, and beyond to compete in an international environment while developing the next generation of elite climbers.

The Event Central Page with all the info will be available early April 2026.

While the Event Central Page will be available soon, registrations are now open:
