Climbing Escalade Canada (CEC) has released the Athlete Selection Policy for the 2026 World Climbing Nations Grand Finale, taking place November 7–8, 2026, in Iizuka, Fukuoka, Japan.
The Nations Grand Finale features a unique team-based competition format in Boulder and Lead, with athlete performances contributing to Canada’s overall team result.
CEC will select four athletes — two men and two women — to represent Canada. Athlete selection will be conducted in accordance with CEC’s published selection policies and applicable World Climbing requirements.
