This dedicated group of athletes represents the voice of the climbing community, ensuring that the perspectives of competitors are considered in decision-making processes at both the national and international levels. The Athletes’ Commission plays a crucial role in fostering open communication between athletes and CEC, while promoting the values of fairness, inclusivity, and excellence in the sport.

- Speed Representative & Co-Chair: Michael Finn-Henry (2025-2026)
- Lead Representative: Molly Dreher (2024-2025)
- Domestic Competitor Representative: Sabrina Thayer-Head (2025-2026)
- Para-Climbing Representative: Shamus Boulianne (2024-2025)
- Members at Large: Aidan Pinsk (2025-2026), Evan Lau (2025-2026)
These individuals have been elected by their peers, based on their commitment to the sport and their ability to represent the interests of athletes across various disciplines. Together, they will collaborate with CEC leadership to shape key policies, support athlete well-being, and enhance the competitive climbing experience across Canada.
