CEC requires that all coaches, officials, and staff attending a CEC-Sanctioned event complete the following requirements.
REGISTRATION:
Register here: Climbing Escalade Canada 2025/2026 | 2M
AFFILITATION LICENCES:
- Valid Provincial License (where applicable)
- Valid CEC License (Coach or Technical – pending on the role)
CRIMINAL RECORD CHECKS:
- Criminal Record Check, Issued no earlier than September 1, 2023

- Making Head Way in Sport
- Pre-Season Concussion Education Sheet
- CAC Safe Sport Training
- CAC Mental Health in Sport
- Making Ethical Decisions Training and Online Evaluation
- Read and understand all CEC Policies and Guidelines
