NACS Kanata – Spectators Update

Oct 18, 2021

Due to capacity restrictions at Altitude Gym in Kanata, ON, we have to put in place some procedures for spectators attending the NACS Boulder event.

The current maximum capacity at the facility is set at 250 people. With registrations and volunteers, we already have close to 200 attendees.

Please note that all attendees, including spectators, must comply with Provincial regulations of double vaccination and face covering.

  • Saturday, October 23 (all day)
Family and athletes companion only. No outside spectators. We will limit to 2 companions per athlete. Please be advised that we might have to ask you to wait outside before your wave. Since there’s an overlap between the end of the morning qualifications and the warm-up of the afternoon qualifications, we might have too many people in the gym.

  • Sunday, October 24 (semi-finals)
We will allow 75 spectators, reservation will be required free of charge. All the athletes competing in semi-finals will be able to bring 2 companions, no reservation needed. Link to book your tickets online will be available on Wednesday.

  • Sunday, October 24 (finals)
We will allow 150 spectators, reservation will be required and the fee will be 17,50$ + taxes. All the athletes competing in finals will be able to bring 2 companions, no reservation needed (free of charge). Link to book your tickets online will be available on Wednesday.
