Climbing Escalade Canada is currently creating sport-specific modules to train and certify coaches in the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). With the financial help of Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) and Sport Canada, our CEC Coaching Committee and Contractor have nearly completed work on the NCCP Community Initiation Stream, as well as the NCCP Competition Introduction Stream. Our goal is to launch both streams officially in the fall of 2023!
The material for the Competition Introduction module is now ready, and it is time for us to test it out!
We would like to invite 16 coaches to attend a two days NCCP training for FREE! You will be receiving the training and credits in the CAC Locker, and helping us by providing feedback to update the course material. We are looking for coaches working at the Learn to Train or Train to Train stages of the Long Term Development model.
Register now, places are limited, and on a first come first serve basis. We will give priority to coaches that are in good standing the the CEC Safe Sport Requirements.
