Climbing Escalade Canada (CEC) is seeking knowledgeable and dedicated individuals to join our Continuous National Ranking Working Group (CNR-WG) and our High Performance Governance Committee (HPGC). These two volunteer groups play a pivotal role in supporting CEC’s high performance decision-making.

Application Process:
Interested individuals are invited to apply via this web link by March 7th, 2025.
Preference will be given to applicants with experience and skill in:
- high performance sports,
- competitive data analysis,
- statistical projections, and
- Excel computing
The Executive Director (ED) and the High Performance Director (HPD) will review applications and recommend appointments to the CNR-WG. The Board of Directors must endorse selected members.
