    • 12pm-6pm and again between 8pm and 10pm – Athletes Check In (in the lobby of the Sandman Signature Hotel, located at 5400 Dixie Road, Mississauga, Ontario, L4W 4T4)
    • 7pm – Technical Meeting over Zoom
  • November 24 – Qualifiers (IFSC Flash Format, 6 problems)
    • 7:00am – Warm up Opens for morning session
    • 8:30am – Heat 1 (half or Male Athletes; half of Women Athletes)
    • 11:00am – Warm up Opens for afternoon session
    • 12:30pm – Heat 2 (half or Male Athletes; half of Women Athletes)
  • November 25 – Semi-Finals (5 on 5 off isolation. 4 Problems) and Finals (World Cup format, 4 minutes. 4 Problems)
    • 7:30am – Semi-Finals Isolation Opens
    • 8:30am – Semi-Finals Isolation Closes
    • 9:00am – First Climber
    • 11:30am – Semi-Finals End, Gym closes for changeover
