Athletes’ Registration

CEC uses a new Registration Site. Everyone will need to create a NEW account.

Registration deadline: November 11, 2024 – Deadline extended to SUNDAY November 17th  at 5h00 pm ET.

 

Foreign National Participants:

Participants affiliated with another National Federation can apply to take part in CEC’s event.

Parking: 

  • There are limited parking surrounding the establishment, but several spaces available on Chabanel street.

Food:

  • Bloc Shop has a restaurant/cafe with several pud style food choices (vegetarian and healthy choices available) as well as a selection of natural wine and local beers.

  • Canyon Escalade has a bistro where you can enjoy a selection of bistro-style food options, including coffe, smoothies and a selection of local beers.

Thursday – November 21st

  • Warm up area opens at 8:00am for morning session
  • MODIFICATION*** Men’s qualifiers:  9:00am – 3:00pm (4 on 4 off, 6 problems. IFSC Flash Format)
  • MODIFICATION*** Warm up area opens at 2h30pm for afternoon session
  • MODIFICATION*** Women’s qualifiers:  3:30pm – 8:00pm (4 on 4 off, 6 problems. IFSC Flash Format)

Friday – November 22nd

  • Isolation Semi-Finals: 8:00am – 9:00am
  • Semi – Finals: 9:30am – 11:00am  (5 on 5 off, 4 problems – both genders at the same time)
  • Change Over: 11:30am – 5:30pm
  • Isolation for Finals: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
  • Presentation of Athletes: 7:00pm (Observation to Follow)
  • First Climber: 7:10pm (World Cup – 4 problems –  both genders at the same time)
  • Awards to Follow

Saturday – November 23rd

  • Rest Day

Sunday – November 24th

  • Warm up opens: 7:00am
  • Qualifiers: 8:30am – 2:30pm (2 routes – Flashed format- both genders at the same time)
  • Change Over 2:45pm – 6:00pm
  • Isolation Semi-Finals: 5:00pm – 6:00pm
  • Observation: 6:30pm
  • Semi Finals: 6:45pm – 9:15pm (On sight – 1 route – both genders at the same time)

Monday – November 25th

  • Isolation Final: 12:00pm – 1:00pm
  • Presentation of Athletes: 1:30pm (Observation to Follow)
  • Men’sFinals: 2:00pm – 2:45pm (On sight – 1 route)
  • Women’s Finals: 3:00pm – 3:45pm (On sight – 1 route)
